How to Get Pinal County Background Records

Mail requests go to P.O. Box 867, Florence, AZ 85132. Include what records you need and your contact info. The office will process your request and let you know about any fees. You can pay by money order, business check, or cashier's check. Personal checks and cash are not accepted.

Pinal County Background Check Fees

Fees in Pinal County are set by the sheriff's office. They accept money orders, business checks, cashier's checks, and debit or credit cards online. Cash and personal checks are not accepted.

Police reports cost $7.50 for up to 25 pages. Each page after that is $0.25. Clearance letters are $5.00 each. These letters show whether you have a local record with the sheriff. Many people need them for licensing or travel documents.

Fingerprinting is $5.00 per card. This is done at the main office in Florence. You can also get prints at the detention center. Bring a valid ID when you go. Audio and video recordings cost $15.00 for a CD. This includes 911 calls and body camera footage.

Keep in mind that fingerprinting is only done at the main office or detention center in Florence. The substations can help with other services but not prints.
